Athens-based Globo reversed into Plus-quoted company Israeli Acquisitor 1 and raised £3.12m (£2.24m net) at 20p a share. It joined Aim on 14 December 2007. Globo was founded in 1997 and supplies e-business software and systems.It has developed software under the CITRON brand as well as offering broadband connectivity systems. Its subsidiary Profitel Communications offers software as a service. The customer base covers the public sector, large corporation and small companies.
