Molectra Group Ltd started out as Greenhouse Fund, an investment company set up to invest in clean technology business. It joined Aim on 12 January 2006, when it raised £9.8m at 10p a share. In August 2008, Molectra bought out the minority interests in its waste tyre recycling technology business, Molectra Australia, and decided to concentrate on this business. Greenhouse has two main investments. It owns 64.3% of Molectra, which processes waste tyres, and the rights to certain uses of Aim-quoted Virotec's Bauxsol technology.
