Overview

Public Sector Properties Investments is an investor in care homes. It owns care homes in the UK, Germany and Switzerland, plus a portfolio of post office properties in the US. PSPI raised £34m at 150p a share when it joined Aim on 26 March 2007. Switzerland-based USI Group Holdings AG was the original owner of the company and its stake was diluted to 25%.
