Debt management group Accuma is writing £6.58m off the goodwill relating to debt management services provider Byrom & Keeley.

The remaining goodwill for Byrom & Keeley is worth £3.5m. This business is signing up more clients and demand for its services is likely to increase.

Accuma will sell its IVA interests once it gains shareholder approval.

At 9.5p a share, down 1.75p on the day, Accuma is valued at £3.11m.
