Aeorema Communications has won a three year events contract with a major technology client and it is on course to make a profit of around £500,000 in the year to June 2014.

The contract is valued at more than £2m over the three year period. There will be an annual live event at an advertising festival and the first one will be in 2014.

Aeorema reported a near-doubled pre-tax profit of £226,000. Last year, Aeorema’s profit was £359,000 on revenues of £3.99m. This indicates how significant the latest contract is.

At 56.5p a share, Aeorema is valued at £4.71m. There was £1.47m in the bank at the end of 2013. The shares are trading at around 12 times 2013-14 earnings - assuming a normal tax charge.
