Simon Woodward is leaving IPTV technology firm ANT after 14 years with the company.

This follows the resignation of finance director Pauline Ingram during June. She was going to remain in her role until September and oversee the publication of the interim figures. She has now been appointed as interim chief executive.

Kestrel Opportunities Fund, a cell of Guernsey Portfolios PCC Ltd, has increased its stake to 11.6%, while the Throgmorton Trust holding has gone below 3%.

ANT has previously admitted that it is taking longer than expected to secure orders.

Chinese set top box producer GlobalSat has chosen ANT Galio for its hybrid broadcast broadband TV product.

At 18p a share, ANT is valued at £4.37m.
