APC Technology Group has acquired rival electronic components distributor Euro-Tech for £1.05m.
The purchase will enhance the ability of the group to source hard to find and end of life components.
In the year to April 2019, Euro-Tech generated pre-tax profit of £100,000 on revenues of £2.2m. Profitability should improve after the business is integrated.
