There are parties interested in making an investment in shell company Asia Digital Holdings but it will not be receiving as much as it thought for its Singapore business.

At 2.38p a share, down 0.38p, Asia Digital is valued at £182,000. Asia Digital recently consolidated 100 shares into one new share.

Omnicom was originally going to pay $250,000 for the Singapore business but $50,000 is being retained to cover the cost of maintaining the Singapore team. The $200,000 (£129,000) payment should be made next week.

The Indian disposal has been delayed. So far, £294,000 has been paid and a further £91,000 is due.

Some members of the board are not taking a salary at the moment and costs have been cut.
