Asia Digital Holdings

Shares in shell company Asia Digital Holdings have been suspended at1.5p because it is short of cash.

This values Asia Digital, which consolidated every one hundred shares into one new share in May, at £115,000.

Asia Digital has been trying to raise cash since it sold its online marketing services operations. Working capital has reached the point where a share suspension is warranted.

Negotiations with potential investors continue. Any investment is likely to lead to existing shareholders being heavily diluted. It is best to assume that if a deal goes ahead then they will own well under 10% of the enlarged share capital.

Some members of the board are not taking a salary at the moment and costs have been lowered.
