Asia Distribution Solutions Ltdreported a profit for 2007.
The China-based food and drink distributor was trading for just under nine months in 2007 and in that period generated profits of £127,000 on turnover of £520,000. Pro forma figures for 2007 show a profit of £234,000 on turnover of £1.45m.
ADSL made its most significant acquisitions at the beginning of 2008 and they didn’t make any contribution to the 2007 figures. Management intends to increase geographic coverage, improve margins and add to the brands it distributes in China.
The shares were unchanged at 20.5p.
