Bglobal says that 9.79% shareholder Forest Nominees has requisitioned a general meeting in order to force a strategic review of the business.

Forest wants to remove executive chairman Peter Kennedy and replace him with John Heathcoat Grant. Kennedy was chief executive when Bglobal floated in April 2007 and subsequently moved to non-executive chairman one year later. Kennedy took on an executive position last October and he became more active in strategy and investor relations.

At 4.25p a share, Bglobal is valued at 4.52m.
