CA Sperati is selling its buttons business and its name to BFS Buttons for an initial £10,000.

There could be an additional payment from the sale of stock in the business. BFS will receive a 6% commission for the collection of debtors. The cost of the disposal is £13,500.

The company has invested £100,000 in Kentucky Oil & Gas via a convertible loan note, which it intends to convert at 4.5p a share as well as investing a further £50,000 at the same share price.

The company will change its name to Teathers Financial and its investing policy will be to invest in Aim flotations and existing Aim-quoted companies.

At 2.88p a share, up 0.05p, the company is valued at £985,000.
