Paul Jackson’s 6p a share bid for Capcon Holdings has been declared unconditional following acceptances of 7.13% of the share capital.
A concert party, including Vantis boss Paul Jackson, now owns 51.6% of the investigations company. The bid was due to close on 19 August but it will now remain open until 2 September.
Alex Borelli, Capcon’s independent director, has recommended acceptance of the bid.
At 5.875p a share, Capcon is valued at £690,000.
