Catalytic Solutions Inc / Clean Diesel Technologies

Catalytic Solutions Inc completed its merger with Clean Diesel Technologies on 15 October.
Clean Diesel has consolidated six of its existing shares into one new share and each Catalytic class A share will receive 0.00788759 of a new Clean Diesel share. Each class B share receives 0.01003885 of a Clean Diesel share. Catalytic’s $4m of convertible notes were converted into B shares.
Shares in Catalytic have been suspended on 18 October. Catalytic will have its Aim quotation cancelled on 19 October.
