China Eastsea Business Software has moved from Plus-quoted to Aim.
The business offers IT consulting and business process outsourcing services to customers in China. Customers include the government as well as telecoms, power, oil and petrochemical companies. It generated profits of £2.23m on revenues of £8.79m in the year to February 200
The business started out as a joint venture with oil refiner Sinopec, which is also a major customer contributing total revenues of £5.4m over the past three full financial years.
China Eastsea wants to expand into other markets and acquire similar businesses.
Evolution China is the broker to China Eastsea.
The shares were trading at 26.5p during the day.
