Voltage optimisation technology supplier Cinpart says that its 2009 figures will be in line with expectations.

Cinpart is expected to make a loss of around £640,000. Since the end of 2009, Cinpart’s VoltageMaster product has won additional business. A contract with the Ministry of Justice to install VoltageMaster in 52 courts has already commenced. A relationship with Southern Electric Contracting provides support for the installation of VoltageMaster and could bring new sales opportunities.

Jeremy Lancaster has been appointed chief executive of the Active Energy, the subsidiary that sells VoltageMaster.

The original electrical components business supplying gas appliance manufacturers has been hit by tough trading conditions.

Just before Christmas Cinpart raised £1.05m at 12.5p a share so it is not short of cash. .

Jendens Securities has been appointed joint broker in place of Mirabaud. Jendens, which moved into Grafton Street in the West End earlier this year, was previously known as Fitzroy Partners Ltd.

At 13p a share, Cinpart is valued at £11.3m.
