ClearStream Tecnologies has gained FDA approval for its peripheral angioplasty balloon catheters.
These catheters will be sold in the US under the SLEEK and SAVVY brand names by Cordis Corporation. The length of the catheters can vary between 40mm and 220mm.
This is important for ClearStream because the US is the biggest market for medical devices.
The shares were unchanged at 22.5p.
