Cogenpower

Low carbon energy generator Cogenpower has still not published its 2016 accounts because of delays with the audit of its Italian subsidiaries.
Trading in the shares was suspended on 26 June.
Cogenpower is still in dispute with the Italian government over the payment of green certificate incentives and this means that cash is in short supply. A court hearing is due to take place on 23 March but this is a long way away. Cogenpower is trying to raise more cash.
