ISIS and Herald have taken stakes in internet hosting services provider Daily Internet in the recent £3m placing.
Neither institutional investor had shares in the company prior to the placing. ISIS holds 18% and Herald 8.62%. This accounts for more than 50% of the placing shares.
At 2p a share, Daily Internet is valued at £7.4m.
