Datong says that profits will be in line with expectations.
The intelligence gathering equipment designer says that revenues will be 12% higher at £10.7m in the year to March 2008. Management expects growth to continue this year.
There have been delays in US military spending but this has been made up for by higher European sales.
At 100.5p, the company is valued at £13.9m. The shares are trading on just under 11 times earnings for 2007-08.
The full year results will be announced on 10 June.
