Delling Group is calling an EGM to vote on the proposed liquidation of the company.
An attempt to restructure the business proved impossible to carry through.
Zimmerman Adams resigned as nominated adviser to the Scandinavian marketing services provider at the end of January. The quotation will be cancelled before the end of February.
The EGM will be held on 9 March.
Delling asked for its shares to be suspended on 16 December 2008 at 0.3p each, which valued the company at £610,000.
