designcapital is renegotiating deferred subscriptions which should have been paid on 20 February.
L-A Finances S.A., Jacques Langeard, Georges Schulmann and Jean-Jacques Senseby were supoosed to pay the cash over on 20 February. They all asked for the subscription to be delayed until 15 March but they still haven’t invested the money.
The shares joined Aim on 21 January 2008 but they have been suspended since 26 February.
The designer furniture manufacturer is renegotiating the terms of the subscription with the proposed subscribers. There is another deferred subscription 12 months after the admission date to Aim. It is unclear whether this is included in the renegotiations.
The shares remain suspended at 10p.
