Enfis Group is on course to generate revenues of £1.6m this year.

Revenues were £392,000 in the six months to June 2008, which is more than for the whole of 2007. The reported loss was £1.08m.

Enfis designs, develops and manufactures high power light emitting diodes. Lights that encompass this technology use one-fifth of the electricity of standard lighting and this efficiency could double over the next few years.

Enfis has £2.25m of contracted revenues and £1.05m of those revenues will come through next year. The contracted revenues include a contract with a big lighting company that should generate £725,000 in the second half. There is also a contract in China to supply lights for operating theatres.

Enfis has net cash of £950,000. That is similar to the cash outflow in the first half. The additional revenues in the second half should help to reduce the rate of cash outflow. Enfis expects to receive £300,000 in cash for R&D tax credits. That will help the cash position.

At 82.5p a share, Enfis is valued at £7.74m.
