e-commerce systems developer EU Supply plans to join Aim in the middle of November.

London-based EU Supply (www.eu-supply.com) is the holding company for a Swedish e-commerce business involved in procurement through its own platform that provides SaaS-based sourcing tendering and contract management services for the European public sector. The business has been operating since 1999. In 2005, the company signed a licensing agreement with British Nuclear Fuels.

Westhouse is the broker (http://www.investegate.co.uk/aim/rns/schedule-1---eu-supply-plc/201310301214337584R/). The parent company is currently EUS Holdings.

No valuation has been placed on the company.

Last year, the European Council announced plans to make electronic procurement mandatory.
