Cinemas operator Everyman Media Group has announced plans to join Aim next month.
Everyman could raise up to £10m and this could be used to buy the three Picturehouse cinemas that Cineworld is being forced to sell. These are in Cambridge, Aberdeen and Bury St Edmonds.
Everyman has cinemas in Baker Street, Belsize Park, Hampstead, Islington, Maida Vale, Leeds, Oxted, Reigate and Walton, Winchester. Leeds is the only site outside of south east England and it was opened in April.
The 7 November is the expected admission date.
