Finders Resources wants to raise up to A$6m at 55c a share as part of its plans to list on the Australian Stock Exchange.

It is retaining its Aim quotation. The off er price is equivalent to 23p a share – an 8% discount to the current share price of 25p. The cash will be spent on the company’s copper and silver-gold projects in Indonesia. The stated closing date for the off er is 7 June but Finders is confi dent that it could be closed earlier so there could be news about this before the end of May. Finders also expects to be able to report an updated gold resource and development plan for Jambi during the third quarter of this year. Jambi is part of the Ojolali silver-gold project in Indonesia. Finders hopes to complete a feasibility study on Jambi before the end of this year. Initial gold production could commence in the summer or early autumn of 2008.
