Mentor Graphics has bought a further 6.38% of Flomerics.
Bluehone Investors sold Mentor 1.38m shares at 104p each, compared with a then market price of 62p. That takes Mentor’s stake in the electronic simulation software developer to 26.4%.
Flomerics shares jumped 22p to 84p on the news.
