Specialist financial adviser Frenkel Topping says that trading has been strong so far this year.
Frenkel Topping provides expert witness and wealth management services for personal injury and clinical negligence litigation. Frenkel Topping does not handle cases at the lower end of the range. Its cases are for much larger amounts of money. Nearly all of Frenkel Topping’s revenues come from fees.
The funds in the investment management service have exceeded £500m.
In 2012, revenues were 5% higher at £4.78m with underlying profit one-quarter higher at £1.11m. The dividend was increased from 0.176p a share to 0.3p a share.
At 26p a share, Frenkel Topping is valued at £16.2m. Director Richard Fraser has bought 46,000 shares at 27p a share, taking his stake to 7%.
