Marwyn has sold its 11.2% shareholding in Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd
This follows the sale of three million shares in October. Mark Watts of Marwyn resigned as a Fulcrum director in June.
The utility services provider lost £4.49m on revenues of £38.3m in the year to March 2014. There were exceptional charges of £3.68m. Fulcrum is expected to make a profit of £1.05m this year.
At 7p a share, Fulcrum is valued at £10.8m. There was net cash of £4.9m at the end of March 2014.
The shares are trading on ten times 2014-15 prospective earnings.
