Digital marketing services provider Fuse8 has made its first acquisition since joining Aim.
Fuse8 is paying £400,000 in shares at 32p each for Delete Digital Marketing, which is owned equally by former Media Square directors, and current Fuse 8 non-executives, Jeremy Middleton and Graeme Burns. This means that the deal will require shareholder approval. Middleton and Burns will each own 5% of Fuse 8.
London-based Delete’s clients include BaByliss, Decca Records and Red Bull.
At 32p a share, Fuse8 is valued at £3.63m.
