Switzerland-based Domino’s Pizza master franchisee Global Brands does not have to pay any more for Pizza store operator Pagonia because a site is not up and running in Liestal.

This means that Global will not have to pay an additional CHF122,200 in cash or issue 1.6m new shares.

The sites acquired with Pagonia will be rebranded as Domino’s outlets.

At 3.5p a share, Global is valued at £7.1m.
