Waste management products and services provider Helesi says that the EBITDA figure for 2013 will be better than the 2012 figure even though revenues have declined.

In the six months to June 2013, revenues were flat at €9.9m but the post-tax loss was reduced from €8.2m to €6.5m. Net debt will be similar to the €62.2m reported for the end of June 2013.

Talks continue with the company’s banks about restructuring debt but there is no certainty that they will be successfully concluded. The shares remain suspended.

At 1.75p a share, Helesi is valued at £700,000.
