Estate agency Humberts has ended talks with prospective bidders.
It couldn’t agree a price with any of the interested parties. Humberts was also discussing a fundraising but there is no news about this. It is also looking to sell non-core assets. The Farleys business in South Kensington was sold for £424,500 at the beginning of April.
Humberts has cash in the bank but there is £6m of deferred cash consideration due over the next four years.
The shares slumped 1.25p to 6.375p.
