Inspirit Energy has raised £300,000 at 0.12p a share.

That is much lower than the market price at the time of 0.22p a share. A £31,000 debt has been converted into shares at the pacing price.

The micro combined heat and power boiler developer has created a smaller prototype of its Stirling engine technology. The cash will be used to develop the new 6.4kW boiler and gain accreditations, as well as to cover working capital requirements.
