Intandem Films

Intandem Films has introduced a new divisional structure.

Manifest Films is the new name for the film sales operation, while the distribution business will be called JJ Distribution after the late JJ Donovan who helped set up this part of the business. Intandem has also launched a new digital marketing business called Bold Ink.

Intandem, which will trade as Intandem Media Group, will launch its new website on 6 February in order to coincide with the Berlin Film Festival.

At 0.35p a share, Intandem is valued at £1.43m.
