Intelek says that sales and orders have continued to grow in the six months to September 2008.

The satellite amplifiers business opened new offices in south east Asia and launched new products. The microwave components operation is also winning more orders and helping to develop Ka-band low noise amplifiers.

The aerostructures business generated more orders than in the previous six months and this is expected to continue into the second half.

The positive news added 1.25p to the share price taking it to 13.75p, which values Intelek at £12m.

The interim results will be released on 25 November.

Intelek has changed its nominated adviser and broker from Arbuthnot to Altium.
