Intellego has bought a pharmaceutical training course developer.

The e-learning company has acquired Zenosis from the administrator for £50,000, of which payment of £25,000 is deferred until the end of September. Zenosis lost £165,000 on sales of £342,000 in the year to December 2007.

Intellego is already in the pharmaceuticals market through eMedit, which was bought for £50,000 at the end of 2006. Courses developed by Zenosis could be sold to the existing customer base. Topics covered include good clinical practice and regulatory affairs

The shares were unchanged at 1.25p.
