Intercede Group

Intercede Group says its revenues will be at least £5.3m in the year to March 2009.

The identity and credential management software supplier says that it has high levels of interest for its MyID technology. Expected revenues are more than 90% higher than in 2007-08. Interecede will make its first ever profit. The operating profit should be more than £1m.  There is cash in the bank of £3.7m and the net cash figure should be around £1.6m. 

More recent contract wins include for the Queensland Police and the NHS.

Full year results will be published in June 2009.

At 44.5p a share, Intercede is valued at £16.6m.

FinnCap has taken over from KBC Peel Hunt as nominated adviser and broker.
