KleenAir Systems International doubled its second half sales but the first quarter of the new year has started slowly.

KleenAir, which supplies filters to clean up vehicle emissions, expects revenues of more than £800,000 in the year to September 2008. This is a substantial increase on the revenues of £35,000 in the previous year. The full year loss will be lower than expected.

Management expects the first quarter to continue to be slow after orders were sharply lower in September.

New products, such as a Diesel Saving Module, won’t start to generate significant revenues until 2009.

The shares fell 0.75p to 5.5p each, which values KleenAir at £1.92m.
