KleenAir Systems International has completed its capital reorganisation.

Shell company KleenAir has nearly completed its Company Voluntary Arrangement and this could lead to up to 406,000 additional shares being issued.

Wayne Reid was appointed as an executive chairman in August 2009. He is an Australian with experience in a wide range of sectors. He is a former chairman of Queensland Gold and Minerals. 

The shares were suspended on 9 February 2009 at 1.25p a share and they returned from suspension on 5 August 2009 when the full figures to September 2008 and interims to March 2009 were published. At 1.75p a share, KleenAir is valued at 718,000 - including B ordinary shares.
