Lees Foods says that its 2010 profit will be in line with expectations but the share price still slumped 21p to 201p.

The macaroon bars and coconut snowballs maker estimates a 2.5% growth in revenue to 18.7m. Cash in the bank is growing.

Commodity and packaging cost increases are becoming a problem. Coconut prices have more than doubled in recent months. It is uncertain whether or not any price increase can be passed on to customers.
