Media Square

Marketing services provider Media Square is acquiring advertising agency Chick Smith Trott from Cagney, which dropped its Aim quotation last year.
Media Square is paying £430,000 in cash for a business that reported a profit of £140,000 on revenues of £2m in 2009.
The business will be moved to the offices of Media Square’s advertising agency The Gate.
At 13.5p a share, up 0.5p on the day, Media Square is valued at £4.88m.
