Mobile Doctors Group says that revenues grew by 30% and profits were significantly higher in the year to November 2008.

Revenues rose from £16.7m to £21.7m in 2007-08. Trading continues to be strong. December sales were an all-time record.

The shares jumped 11p to 34.5p a share, valuing the medico-legal reports business at £5.77m.

Net debt was £16.8m at the end of May 2008, which was slightly higher than at the end of November 2007. The company says bank debt has been cut by £1.5m but it is unclear from which date.

Mobile Doctors was going to make an acquisition and form a new holding company but the deal fell through last September.

Mobile Doctors expects to report the full figures in the middle of February.
