Motive TV has raised a further £1m.

The latest placing is at 0.02p a share. This is a higher price than the other recent fundraisings. Motive TV has raised £1.76m at 0.015p a share so far this year. Spurious rumours pushed up the share price at the end of August and not all of that share price gain was lost.

The share manufacturer also has a digital television technology business, although a large chunk of the revenues come from a residual TV programme production business. There were 2.56bn shares in issue at the beginning of 2012 and after the latest share issue there will be 23.48bn.

Executive chairman Michael Pilsworth earned £136,080, including pension contribution in 2012, although that was down from £148,944 in 2011. Chief executive Leonard Fertig’s 2012 remuneration was £87,789, up from £73,745 in 2011. Fertig also has an interest in Acorn Consulting, which earned fees of £99,000 in 2012, up from £88,000.

At 0.024p, down 0.003p, the enlarged share capital is valued at £5.63m.
