Nature Group says that it will make a loss in 2015.

The waste water treatment and port reception facilities provider says that revenues will be in line with expectations but tough trading and bad debt adjustments mean that the expected profit will be a loss – even before reorganisation costs in Norway and Gibraltar.

Gibraltar operations are being discontinued and there are talks to sell the subsidiary company. Nature says that ongoing operations were profitable last year and positive trading is continuing into this year with an autoclave up and running at the Texas operations. Of course, just because the operations are profitable it does not mean that they produce enough to cover corporate overheads.

The share price fell 1.13p to 8.75p.
