Mobile gaming firm Nektan reported a 22% quarter-on-quarter increase in net gaming revenues.

Net gaming revenues were £4.7m in the second quarter of the financial year and that takes the six months figure to £8.6m.

The focus has been on gaining players that are likely to spend more rather than just adding to customer numbers. Nektan is operating 94 brands from 51 partners and offers more than 450 games.

There were initial B2B revenues of £47,000 and a deal with Tyche should generate revenues in the third quarter.

In the US, Respin, which provides casinos with video gaming machines, is now known as Rapid Games and it has signed two more clients.

At 29p, the share price is just off its seven month high.
