Online gaming technology developer Nektan has placed its Gibraltar-based subsidiary in administration and the UK business has been sold.

The loss-making UK business was sold by the administrator for £200,000. Nektan has entered into a B2B agreement with the buyer to continue to supply its technology to the business.

The accounts for the year to June 2019 have still not been published. Trading in the shares will remain suspended.
