Christopher Einchcomb, Stephen Polakoff and Georges Sztyk have resigned as directors of New World Oil and Gas.
This means that a general meeting will not be required. The remaining directors are Nicholas Lee and Adam Reynolds.
Trading in the shares was suspended on 9 May when the proposed acquisition of Big Sofa was revealed. Big Sofa is involved in video and image analytics. New World has provided a loan of up to £500,000 to Big Sofa.
New World still has exploration licences in Belize.
