Cold stores operator Norish has sold its Leeds site for £450,000.

The £425,000 raised net of costs will go with the £5.1m raised at 45p a share at the end of last year to boost the balance sheet.

At the end of June 2015, net debt was £7.1m, while the NAV was £10.5m so the shares were issued at a discount to NAV.

The new strategy involves investment in dairy operations.

At 34p a share, Norish is valued at £9.6m.
