Nyota Minerals Ltd says it is preparing the documentation for the reverse takeover of BigDish Ventures Ltd, which provides digital privilege cards or the restaurant sector.
BigDish started in the Philippines and will launch in Hong Kong in February.
The share price was suspended in November at 0.05p.
